Headway Joint Stock Company (Headway JSC) is a logistics service provider. This Privacy Policy applies to the Headway iOS mobile application and related online services used to support customer account access, shipment-related information, quotations, notifications, and customer support.

Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quyền thiết bị khi cần cho tính năng bạn đang dùng (ví dụ thông báo, camera/thư viện ảnh để tải tài liệu, hoặc vị trí nếu tính năng yêu cầu). Bạn có thể thay đổi các quyền này trong Cài đặt iOS bất cứ lúc nào.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the App and services, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu thông tin cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp Ứng dụng và dịch vụ, đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý/kế toán, giải quyết tranh chấp và thực thi thỏa thuận. Khi không còn cần thiết, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu trong phạm vi hợp lý.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your account credentials.

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân khỏi truy cập trái phép, mất mát, sử dụng sai mục đích hoặc thay đổi. Không có phương thức truyền tải hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối; vui lòng bảo vệ thông tin đăng nhập của bạn.

You can also disable push notifications or revoke device permissions in iOS Settings. To exercise privacy rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
